Pneumatic amplifie EP10116/10124/10126
Piezo valve work as the pilot of EP10116/10124 pneumatic amplifier, E/P achieve electrical signals to pressure conversion. It work at switch mode.
Robust design of high integration, has the features of faster reponse, energy-saving, high frequency operation. Ultra low consumption based on piezoelectric technology, It has advantages for intrinsically safe product design.
The pipelines of in-out are lead to EP bottom separately, pilot supply, pilot exhaust, main exhaust, reference pressure, users can easily design Ex-proof unit to insulate the air pipelines away electric chamber.
The way of pilot supply and exhaust are guided specially related to main supply and exhaust, it caused little lower pressure than normal when a large number compress air in-out through main pipelines, this lower pressure should bring some water or dust away from piezo valve and reduce adverse influence to pilot.
